From early 2008 until early 2009 I worked at the now defunct Bureaucrash, which Wiki describes as “an international network of libertarian activists whose stated goals are ‘decreasing the scope of government’ and ‘increasing individual freedom’ which engages in culture jamming.”
While there I cut my teeth on video capturing and editing, as I recognized the potential that medium has to share ideas. I focused on issues that outlined the harms caused by big, invasive government, and pointed to next-steps of action or provided a thought-provoking take-away. Some of those videos were ripped onto DVDs and distributed to those in the Bureaucrash network.
I recently ran into a friend here in Keene, NH who still had a copy of the DVD, which was my impetus for creating the “Bureaucrash DVD” playlist:
